Once you register, you MUST download the attached North Georgia 2021 Youth Camp form, fill it out for your student (or yourself), and email it to Pastor Kim (kim@jefferson.church) or bring it in-person Sundays, Wednesdays, or call to schedule a time to bring it to the church during the week.
